RAP: Integrating electric vehicles into Turkey’s distribution grids

With just 1,000 electric vehicles on its roads so far, Turkey has barely started down the path to a cleaner transportation future. But a new report suggests that the country’s power system can be well prepared for this future. RAP collaborated with Turkey’s SHURA Energy Transition Center to model how high numbers of EVs—up to 2.5 million by 2030—can be successfully integrated into the Turkish distribution grid.
